Would you happen to have a crochet pattern for steelers blanket? My son is playing for the local flag ftball team (steelers) and i would love to crochet a blanket, but am having a hard time finding a pattern to go by. thanks for all your help.

WOW———this is fantastic. Must get busy before Sundays game. I live in Pittsburgh and it’s wonderful to see else mention the Pittsburgh Steelers. I do a lot of different crafts and whenever possible, change the colors of the original item to, of course, Black & Gold.

Great idea! I want to make one for my dad, but have run into a problem.

When you say to “sc-dec”, do you mean to single crochet decrease all around? Because that seems to be making it too small for the bottle. Could you elaborate on that part, please, because I just don’t get it.

What a great idea. I can never think of anything to make for my husband, who won’t wear hats, scarfs, sweaters. Nothing works. But this one might. Am I the only western crocheter out there. I will have to make mine for Broncos (who are doing so pitiful this year, waaaa!), but we love them any way. I get lots of crocheting done while watching them play badly on a Sunday afternoon.

@Morphaiea, tell me about it! I knitted a Steelers beer cozy for my boyfriend last year and he uses it a lot! And my sister’s boyfriend wanted an ipod cozy, so it IS possible to combine boys and crocheting!
