My legs are coming out huge and I don't know why? Their circumferences are WAY off! I'm using the recommended hook size and I'm making my crochets as small as possible, counting everything out perfectly, but it's like I'm making tree trunks over here. What do you think the problem might be?

You know, I don't actually know so much about it, though it reminds me of a tale my employer at Intel one time told us: supposedly, this 13th century English alchemist endeavored (in vain) to make gold out of lead. He studied these compounds so deeply, he had become an authority on both, and got wealthy as an counselor to the princess. Data was tricky to find back then, as opposed to nowadays with computer accessibility, and dedicated drivers etc. back then, if you ever learned something good, you could keep counseling for a lifetime. But I digress. What I'm saying is that in some cases you come upon riches by simply trying (plus being devoted to) something different, and thats just what happened to me after I unintentionally got here. I was actually seeking out some technological records on driver updates when I set about scouring the web, and got carried away….

@Tasha, it's like you are stitching really large stitches from one row to another row, which are a few rows apart from each other (vertically) so that it lifts up the little curved part of that leg. Does that make any sense?
